I had 2 heel spurs DR Gerber removed. One was fine. The other turned to a knot of scar tissue, which he dug at each visit, making it bleed and hurt. That was 30+ years ago, and it turns out he cut the spur off & left the bone fragment in my foot. I require revision surgery because of the stabbing pain it gives me. I still suffer with this scar tissue. Do NOT go to this doctor.
