I was overwhelmed and looking for an auto policy, so I went to the inter web. I typed in my info and what I needed and was bombarded with information from companies all over… Melissa from State Farm however, took the time to call me the next morning and ask if I had questions where I said I just gave up because I was overwhelmed. She started the process again and gave me THE BEST quote out of all the companies! She made suggestions and learned to see what would fit best with my needs. Simple and easy.
