Dr Michael and Maribel is the absolute, by far, BEST Team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They’re patient and kind very professional.
First, Dr Thorstad is a very kind individual whom i have known for over 25 years but his coworker Maribel is not. I personally feel Dr Thorstad should retire. His staff are very unprofessional. Several times I had an appointment and they closed the office without notifying me and after driving 30+ minutes did I realize they were closed. Secondly, what was suppose to take 2 years of braces took 5 years because they love to cancel your appointments. I wouldn't have given any stars.
I've taken my son for 3 years and they are the kindest people. They work with you on the cost and they don't try to over charge like a lot of other places.
He is the worst orthodontist to go to do not go !!they never answer the phone I've been calling them and calling them and they never answer it's been like this for 3 years , Maribel his co worker is awful she is always talking on the phone while doing your teeth and she has no idea what she is doing , once she was on Facebook while doing my teeth ! Very unprofessional and when j go I'm in there for 2 minutes . And I drive 40 minutes to there for a 2 min appointment and they don't even do anythi
