Dr. Garcia is a great ally to have on your team. He is thoughtful and gives 100% attention and takes the time to talk through options. The staff is great as well and the Optum Journal Center operates with efficiency, timeliness and friendliness. Thanks!
This was my final appointment with Dr. Garcia. He, as always, did an excellent job and I will forever be grateful and appreciative of him and what he does.
Great doctor but his affiliation with Optum health is a huge drawback. Tried to schedule an appointment today and was told he’s no longer my primary care doctor because I haven’t come in in three years. No notification was made that I was going to be dropped. Attempted to schedule a new patient visit and was told it would be 6 to 9 months out. Optum health is a joke.
Best Doctor ever! He is soo smart, he is thorough, he is kind, and he always makes you feel like he cares. He asks about your kids/ family and He knows what he is doing. It is because of him that i keep coming back to the Optum facility!
Dr Garcia was amazing!! He was thorough and actually listened to my symptoms and concerns. It was comforting and refreshing. Thank you Dr. Garcia you are appreciated!!
