Found Sr. Gannon to be extremely knowledgeable and intuitive regarding his diagnosis. He correctly diagnosed issues that specialists could not. Extremely professional and communicative.
WORST DOCTOR EVER. Extremely disappointing experience. My family and I visited this doctor for our annual physicals, which are supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. However, we were incorrectly billed as office visit. Despite repeated attempts to get clarification, the office failed to provide a clear or justified explanation for the extra charges. No critical thinking abilities I could discern, only seems to give "preferred" options, especially the ones that put the most money in his pocket. Does not discuss all available treatment options Other than being completely unhelpful, he is a nice guy
Had my first visit with Dr. Gannon for my annual physical today. He was empathetic and took his time to listen and took my concerns seriously, however minor it seemed. He very clearly explained my options for care. I like that I did not feel rushed unlike other experiences I've had elsewhere. He also makes sure that he gets the results from my other doctors, knows what other meds they may have prescribed for me and works with them to coordinate my care.
