18 minutes ago New Worst experience of my life. They are rude and inhumane. The receptionist Regina was unprofessional. They want to argue with patients even tho they made a mistake. The doctor canceled the app. Last min and said they left a VM “. IT WAS STILL LAST MIN !! She yelled, laughed over the phone, spoke over me. I wanted to record the phone call but I didn’t bc she said she will sue me. I wanted to have to proof of how she was speaking to me. I asked for a manager and she denied me.
