Wish I can give 100 stars! I can’t even begin to express how wonderful Dr. Wayne is. You truly could not ask for a better doctor for a family member. He treats his patients like family and genuinely cares in a way that is rare to find. Hands down, he is better than Sloan—there’s no comparison. Do not go anywhere else. We are beyond grateful and so incredibly lucky to have him caring for our mom. God bless him.
Worst experience of my life. They are rude and inhumane. The receptionist Regina was unprofessional. They want to argue with patients even tho they made a mistake. The doctor canceled the app. Last min and said they left a VM “. IT WAS STILL LAST MIN !! She yelled, laughed over the phone, spoke over me. I wanted to record the phone call but I didn’t bc she said she will sue me. I wanted to have to proof of how she was speaking to me. I asked for a manager and she denied me. Dr. Wayne is truly an angel. From the moment my husband and I met him, I felt that my husband was safe and genuinely cared for. Dr. Wayne's professionalism and compassion were evident from the start, and I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for us.
