I’d give this doctor zero stars if I could. Bad bedside manner. He didn’t review my chart before entering and performed no real assessment—no auscultation, no pain evaluation, nothing. He dismissed my concerns, repeatedly saying my vitals were “normal” (they weren’t), and refused further testing. He left me feeling helpless and in tears. While the care was certainly acceptable, I did become very frustrated that I was told I had to go to the emergency room for follow up care. I waited and waited and waited in the emergency room for at least eight hours.Many of the tests that were done in the emergency room were done two years ago in the New Albany Ross heart clinic.
