I simply cannot express the positive experience my dad and I had with Dr. Kent on 4/16/25 Mercy Hospital Janesville. Dr Kent came to see me immediately after my elderly father's procedure. He then came and talked to my dad directly explaining his findings and suspicions. What a kind gentleman! He was clear concise, thorough, and his presence is just comforting. This review deserves 0 stars. Dr Kent did gall bladder removal surgery on me November 12, 2024. This is a routine surgery, but instead, I left the hospital sick and continued to get worse over the couple several days. I called the office and went in to see the nurse (Dr Kent had left for vacation in Mexico, which is a terrible mistake I made when I scheduled. On 9/26/2023 Michael Kent sent me home to die after a surgery. I explained to him that I still had pain, and a very dark purple underbelly, He accused me of drug abusing and sent me home. Three days later, I fell septic Because I had a Bowel obstruction Due to him perforating My large intestine. All of my excrement was in my blood, and All of my organs began to fail.
