My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the service we recieved from this law firm, multiple lawyers and paralegals were involved in out case and none of them ever contacted us now or from the start. Here it is two plus years and this case is still not settled and always sone excuse and when we called I feel like all we got was lip service from everyone involved. I had car accident where on 95 in ga. A 18 wheeler dropped it's drivetrain in the road which I hit at 65 mph I called hostillo. It took 3 years they changed my lawyer 3 times without my knowledge and then lost all my injury photos and medical records which I had to obtain myself. In the end they tried to double charge me for records search which I did myself and instead of the 300000 dollar settlement I expected I only received 64000 which barely covered my vehicle and paying back people that helped me for the years it took.... read more

Michelle was my intake coordinator and she was phenomenal. She was very caring and concerned for my welfare after I was slammed by a huge truck. She took all of my information and explained what will happen next. It’s very upsetting after an experience like this and so far I am extremely happy with the service it’s happening like minutes after the accident.
