Spent 20 PAINFUL moments on the phone to be lied to and refused an appointment. First only a NP had an appt. Then I was told if I just scheduled with her I could see the Dr the next time. THEN i was told he doesn’t take new patients. Odd because an employee just starting seeing him as a new patient 3 weeks ago. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
Called for a simple appt and was told to wait 48 hours for return call or go to ER if it’s that important. Geisinger has RUINED your business. There is ABSOLUTELY no human contact in this practice. Taking my family of six elsewhere!
Love Dr Gilhooley and Marissa. Hate the part where they are now Geisinger bc I can’t get an appointment. “Go to a local urgent care!” 😩
