Over schedules patients. Staff claims he is very thorough usually runs an hour behind. At the conclusion of my husbands examination he had his medical assistant give us a pamphlet on the Urolift procedure. I called to discuss questions & concerns about this procedure.His medical assistant called me back. She could not answer the questions. She wrote them down. No one ever called us back.
Dr. Cotant is so on top of everything and keeps me in the loop of any and all options that I have. Best urologist I've had yet.
Dr. Cotant wouldn't even give me two seconds of his time before he told me I could not have IC, then when tested for it by his nurse practitioner with a catheder and bladder installation, It was found that I do have IC, but he continued to tell me I don't and that I am too young t have this condition even though I have Volvodynia at my age and they both are interrelated together. And then when told that I could come in any day during the week if I needed a rescue treatment, they are never there, just a secretary!?!?
