Just like others, I was subjected to various tests and no outcome. I was prescribed medicine without a diagnosis, he should have his license revoked. His staff is extremely unethical, incompetent and rude. I would recommend skipping this office all together. Don't see Dr Chater or anyone in this office not even as a last case scenario.
Great doctor but last 2 appointments, we waited over 3 hours from our scheduled appointment time and had to reschedule and leave without being seen.
Dr Chater did a wonderful job on my husbands fatty tumor on his neck. We were going to have the other side done also. But were informed he no longer is there. We would like to know where he went.
Received no notification of office closing even though we have a currently schedule appointment. Never sent referral for hearing test and will not refer us to another ent.
