Dr. Callum is excellent, technically very good and very caring. The staff is helpful but it is a busy office and no doubt they can be very brusque, but then again this is the North Shore and that is just the norm here.
The Staff is very rude and unhelpful when I tried to get information on a previous visit and test done 2 weeks prior.
