DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. This place is so badly run, they take zero time with patients, it’s a money factory, essentially. They make the process of getting diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea overly complicated. They act like you’re there for the first time every time you have to go in during the process. You make an appointment to see a doctor - which you have to wait weeks for - only to get there and be told the doctor can’t see you, you’ll be seeing a PA instead. I regret ever having called this office and going through a series of tests over several months. Dr Friedman ordered two unnecessary tests (as I am learning from having to visit a new ENT) and tried to sell me services I never would have needed. As if that’s not bad enough, there is not one person who answers the phone who can answer questions about billing through their patient portal; I have received the ultimate run around multiple times with each person sending me back and forth among their own colleagues! I have been seeing Dr. Friedman for almost ten years now. He has incredible bedside manners and is a very caring doctor. I feel that I always receive the best quality care— whether it’s just a follow-up appointment or surgery. He answers all your questions thoughtfully and patiently and looks into all your symptoms. Highly recommend!
