Today I had to complete an Independent Medical Exam with Dr. Michael Franchetti. My appointment was for 9:40 a.m. I arrived promptly on time. After waiting in the waiting arear until 11:50, I was called back by an aide. She put me in a room, told me to disrobe and left me in the room until 1:10, at which time I was freezing because of the room temperature. I never have any problems and the front desk staff is AWESOME. The physical therapy staff are Awesome and very professional as well.

My husband loved Dr. Franchetti! Thinks he's a great doctor, but the wait time was more than 90 mins. I have to say that sitting in the waiting area the one young receptionist with long brown hair was very unprofessional. Talked loudly about her weekend, dropped the f-bomb while talking, seemed hostile with her fellow co-workers, talked about how many people that had to be checked in, but made individuals wait at least 20 mins before calling them up and handing them their paperwork to fill out.
