On the penultimate day of my caravanning holiday the oil temparature of my Grand Cherokee hit a critical level while I was doing a short trip to the shops. I managed to limp the car in to Michael Ford by stopping every 4 km for 5 minutes to let it cool to the point it would run. Nigel and his mechanic (who's name I have unfortunately forgotten, but he called me "my friend" so many times I must return the favour now) had a full day's work scheduled, but took the time to look at it.
