5 stars for Dr. Flamenbaum! He's great with kids and parents. He's very thorough and will answer questions and explain things clearly. 3 stars for a few assistants and office workers. One worker implied I was a liar and made us wait over 50 minutes past our appointment for being 7 minutes late without telling me I had to wait that long. Very unfriendly. Very unprofessional.
This place has turned sour after Dr. Fong retired. Very unprofessional lack communication skills and customer service.
