We went to our first visit to see Dr. Fais who was very kind and knowledgeable, but my sister had a terrible experience with his front desk staff. The door to the office is locked when you arrive. The rude male receptionist acknowledged that he saw my sister, and said he would be right there in a minute, but didn't open the door for 15 minutes leaving her standing outside. My Son has been seeing him for about 4 years. I absolutely love him. I highly recommend him for your little ones!
Dr. Flais is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! I would highly recommend him. The office is clean and the staff is welcoming.
