Where do I even begin.... we started our job in 2016 and three years later, we have open permits that cannot be closed because of violations, we have a non working bathroom, our floating floor nailed to the subfloor, and luckily a judgement against them. I know of several other unhappy customers so do your homework before hiring these con artist. Mike charged us for a mid priced remodel but used the cheapest Home Depot fixtures. Michael Fischer is a very professional custom builder. My project was a new build, and I had numerous changes throughout the 6-month process. Mike not only worked with my adjustments, he also informed me of the least expensive way to accommodate my wishes. The result was a well-crafted 2400-sq foot residence, and I also believe I received a great value for my money. I would highly recommend this builder for those who want a personally-tailored home or renovation that they can enjoy for years to come.

In my 20 years of experience, I have never dealt with such a deceitful builder. His methods are in line with his outrageous fees, $580/square for a basic roof. In the remodel, he performed work that was not approved by the homeowner or permitted by the city of Lansing and did not pass inspection. He submitted draw requests to the bank for payment of materials that have not been delivered to the job site even to this day. For 3 months, he did not return a phone call or come to the job site.
