Dr. Firth was AMAZING for my 1st Colonoscopy. I was so scared after a medical issue 5 years ago. I'm glad I did the Colonoscopy. He found 2 pinpoint Polyps. He had a GREAT staff at St. Anthony's Hospital too. He made me felt ease with everything!! I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Firth is outstanding but unfortunately, his staffs are either unprofessional or incompetent. I wondered if Dr. Firth ever care about their quality. They don't take phone call. When left a message, they won't call back. I have never seen such an office with this kind of low quality personnel. I feel so sorry for Dr. Firth.
