Both Dr Ficazzola and the front desk staff are amazing. Very friendly and always a pleasure to deal with.
Very pleasant Dr who listened to my issues and answered all questions including those from my daughter on the phone. I definitely will continue using him as my urologist. My daughters 23 year old son might be a patient of his in the near future as well. Great doctor.
