TLDR Dr. Feely makes medical decisions as if he wants to have a malpractice suit. My spouse was recently a patient of Dr. Feely. We had nothing but bad experiences with him. He would not communicate with his patients, and clearly refuses to diagnose or correctly treat patients. My spouse was put on a medication that had a KNOWN and COMMON side affect with their long term prescription.
