we rented from mr. farley for years and he was always fair and willing to help anyway possible within reason as long as you communicated with him. out of all the other landlords i have had he was the best. if ut wasnt for having to move in worh family to help them i would still be renting from him.
We currently rent 2 places from Mr. Farley. He is fair and honest. His places are always clean and don't have any repair issues.
