The staff seems nice enough. My husband had oral surgery there, and I was told to return 30 minutes later, and I did. Long story short, I waited an additional HOUR on top of the time they initially told me. No one came out to tell me this was the case--I had to keep asking the front desk how much longer it would be. It seemed like they didn't care. I don't think we would return to this office ever again just because of the hassle. If you want good customer service, go somewhere else.
Came in for all 4 wisdom teeth to be removed. Was in and out pain free. Super professional staff, and very clean office.
Make sure to check with your insurance company for coverage - as their front desk will tell you they have called to verify coverage, leading you to believe it's covered only to end up with a huge bill when your insurance denies it and them to tell you to read your fine print - they called not confirmed. Dishonest about coverage and traps people into huge bills. Dr himself was polite and did a fine surgery - just plan on paying out the nose!

It may very well be that any other oral surgeon would have also given me TMJ, but I am un... read more
Both my daughter and son had their wisdom teeth removed. It was quick to remove all 4 teeth (less than an hour for each child). Thorough follow-up. Everyone of the staff was friendly and caring. The doctor was especially caring and helpful. Excellent results. No complications. It was expensive (about $2500 for each child), especially since we don't have dental insurance. We put it on VISA. They do not take Medicaid.
Helpful, explains procedures. Front desk staff very friendly. Works with on billing-this type of work always seems expensive, but more reasonable than others doing this work
