I absolutely love Dr.Kestell. The BEST Gastroenterologist in Spokane. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He keeps up with current information and will answer any and all questions you have. My favorite doctor.
Dr. Kestell saved my life....after seeing multiple idiots, I was finally referred to Spokane Digestive Disease, and Dr. Kestell. Dr. Kestell pursues the answers, is very attentive to the needs of the patient. His knowledge and skillset in Gastroenterology is fantastic. He prescribed the right medication, biologics. He has performed countless Colonoscopy on me and checked the effectiveness of the biologic...he is a wonderful doctor. I have lived with Chrohn's Disease since 1997.
I would like to leave a review of your billing department. Especially that of Melanie King. My insurance has more than once pre-approved a Remicade infusion then denied the $17,500 claim following the infusion. As you can imagine this was a very unnerving and stressful experience for me. However I had a champion on my side. Melanie King who fought them tooth and nail along with Dr. Kestell with an unrelentless drive and passion. She kept me informed of each step & defeated the insurance monster.
I’ve worked in surgery my entire life & you get a sense of who is competent & who isn’t. I felt comfortable w Dr Kestell from the beginning. He explained everything thoroughly & he was quite knowledgeable! Great Dr!
Dr. Kestel is excellent. I have had 3 procedures done by him and he is always on top of my patient history and is very affable, positive and reassuring. I am always a little nervous going in, but by the time it is time for the procedure, I feel very confident that I am in good hands. Highly recommend.
Awesome, never seems pressured for time. Addresses all my concerns at each visit and battles with my insurer to make sure I get appropriate therapy.
Mr. Kestell has seen me twice. Simply put he is my kind of doctor and did me a great service. I would recommend him to everyone. The staff were all wonderful, fun and professional. Didn't feel a thing!
Dr. Kestell is an excellent listener with an incredible amount of knowledge that he is able to translate to patient easily. He is compassionate and a 1st rate GI Doctor. I wouldn't ever consider going to anyone else.
