Folks were nice and appointment was right on time. However, I did not finish completing my forms online. I got to the surgery history. The nurse said don't worry we will just pull it up. Now my medication list they pulled up had 4 meds on it out of 26 so that wasn't right. Do I really think my surgical history would be correct? Also, the doctor was fine and I believe very competent but he was very short with answers. He only asked a few questions.
