This doctor is awful! My husband asked to get the shingles vaccine during his annual visit & the doctor told him to find out if it is covered by his insurance, otherwise he would have to pay $225 cash for the vaccine. This is a preventative covered vaccine by most plans for anyone over 50 years old. The Dr should have had his staff verify the coverage first. My federal blue shield plan covers it (no copay), so my husband had to reschedule another visit just for the shingles vaccine and waste another day traveling to the doct... read more
The worst phone system, called multiple times on hold for over 30 minutes each time, had to hang up. This office needs to have someone answer the phone in a timely manner.
Dr. Carl is excellent. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and always very helpful. The office schedules the appointments properly so I never have to wait long.
