A welcoming experience in the office and Dr. Mike made it a point to come over and introduce himself which was a refreshing start to the visit. He took his time to ask questions and understand what it was I was looking for out of the appointment. I look forward to treatment with him and recommend coming to see him and his welcoming staff!
He overcharged me co-pay and denied to refund me $10. He suggested for me to switch to a better insurance (aka he gets better pay).....super unprofessional and I felt discriminated. Whatever happened to taking care of people because you genuinely care? You're in the wrong field with that mentality.
I had never been to a DC before and have really bad lower back pain from working at home. Dr.Calabrese was incredibly thorough, going thru my history, asking me questions and made me feel at ease. He is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. I spent time on the table getting readjusted and I am amazed that I felt some relief after the session. I cannot wait to go back (no pun intended) as I know that I’m in good hands!
This Holiday season I am truly grateful for my chiropractor. Although my insurance refuses to cover him for more than a few visits at a time (til I have to request prior authorization for more) he took care of my back in less than a months time and last time He treated me was over a month ago and my back is still doing very well. I appreciate his genuine/caring character and his bedside manners. Great provider!
