Very disappointing experience. I clearly explained that my wife was in serious pain and needed to see a doctor urgently, but the reception staff refused to help. We were forced to wait for two hours while my wife suffered in pain. The staff showed no understanding or empathy at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a medical clinic
Literally the worst place you can go. The front desk people are super rude and they don’t help you based on humanity and all day care and was learned by the doctor is to care for money. The doctor literally works for money and there is no sense of humanity in her and the appointment times are not accurate so you can wait for two hours to get in and the doctor wraps you up in two minutes and when you want to ask question, she answered in a way that she’s in a hurry and you were asking too much questions so literally the worst... read more
