My left eye has been hurting for almost a week after a rough exam by a man (not Dr. Engelbert) with a “Mother” tattoo on his left forearm. I told him I preferred to open my own eye, but he insisted, pulling my upper eyelid painfully to its limit while pressing hard on my forehead. I am excited to meet with this doctor. I was in his New York office today and hope he can help me. His credentials are outstanding and 2nd to none in the NYC area. I have not worked in over 10 months, have literally not gotten out of bed or left the house, and have been in deep depression. And pray to god I can get my eye looking normal again, as my left eye is disfigured due to glaucoma surgery gone bad. :( I cnt even look in the mirror. The office staff and doctor’s assistants were very professional. Dr. Engelbert was also professional and went over in details and explain the report on all the images taken. He mentioned what can be done in the future for the symptom I have in one of my eyes. Overalls, I recommend this doctor and the office.
