This company was very unprofessional does not return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend working with them again and the future. When there is an issue or a dispute it should be handled and addressed at the customers satisfaction. This never happened.
This company was given 4 WEEKS to complete a title for the purchase of a home. They completed it giving my lender 36 MINUTES to get it approved so that we could keep our closing date. The date we have arranged our lives around for the last month. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This should have been completed at least a week ago but they gave the lender 36 minutes to receive it and to get it approved by title management. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
