Dr Ellen told my husband who was dx with stage 1 prostate CA that the protocol is “just to follow” my husband for now. Surgery was not advised as an option! My husband was in his late 60’s. Then he did not follow my husband with PSA tests or annual biopsy’s. He was inept as an MD! He could not be reached at all to address options and left Port Angeles!
