The only I not a fan is I have to call the North Hollywood office. There's no direct line to the office in Palmdale CA. Other than that Doctor Elist is polite and understanding. He refers me to the correct doctors.
The worst customer service I call as soon as I tell them how I am they hung up. I have been trying to get my description fill over 2 weeks not acceptable
I have been suffering from knee, ankle and foot pain since last year. I was thinking this was all contributed to my knee arthritis getting worse. Dr Elist said oh it looks kike osteoarthritis in your knee. He did NOT give me a referral for an orthopedic doctor, he did not order an MRI or any images of my knee. Next visit I see his nurse practitioner and SHE is the one to help me with referrals for another specialist and MRI. They DON'T treat OSTEOARTHRITIS HERE. I go to the Orthopedic Dr and he asks me what kind of treatment... read more
