I was a new patient and was there to attend my first patient appointment for Dr. eglow. Unfortunately his staff members kicked me out of his office and asked me to leave because I would not pay my 15 dollar co pay, when I already met my yearly deductible. They refused to do their end of the job which is billing , that includes calling the insurance company themselves, just as I called my insurance company and was told not to pay any doctors and to show they proof of me meeting my deductible. My father is 90 years old. Dr. Eglow has great patience and wonderful bedside manners. The surgery was a big success and my Father's foot looks great.
