The staff at this dental office lacks competence and appears to be unhelpful. I was surprised to learn that the doctor has not accepted insurance since 1990, information that should have been readily available. The nurse I encountered seemed disorganized and struggled with basic tasks, such as taking X-rays, which left me feeling uneasy about the quality of care.
