We have always received good service from Mr. Ciochina, when we have needed an Attorney. He has also done last minute items for me. I am not a relative or close friend, just chose him out of the phone book.

I paid Michael to do a simple change in court venues. It had been approximately 6 months and the venue still has not been changed. I need the venue changed so I could proceed with a child custody dispute. The whole situation is very emotionally stressful and I wish I had a good attorney to get things done. I call Michael and his secretary rarely even answers my calls. Then when she does answer she gives an excuse to why things still have not been done. Unprofessional to say the least. My phone call was rarely ever answered and if it was answered it was by a receptionist who knew NOTHING. I left countless messages for attorney Ciochina and he never returned any of my calls or e-mails. After 6 months of no news, I went to the court house and found he had stopped working on my case. My file was incomplete and could not be processed. I had to hire another attorney. Ciochina took my money, offered no results and ignored all my attempts to reach him.
