The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 is not an option. My husband and I paid nearly $35,000 for Mr. Theriot and his appointed case manager, Roxeanne Coogler to help us during our adoption. When our adoption failed and the birth mother ghosted us after 8 months of being matched, Mr. Theriot and Mrs. Coogler gave little to no support in helping us. They refused to do wellness checks, to ask the police for a wellness check, request medical reports, and so many other things. They are two of the most unprofessional people I... read more
