Dr. Synyder was very kind. He explained me clearly my option and possible results. I really appreciate his advice. Nurse and office people are very helpful. Thank you.
I was referred to Dr Snyder for a cataract replacement lens issue. He is top of the line in knowledge and expertise. Very good at explaining what he found and why he recommends various options or not doing them. Staff was all efficient and professional. I would recommend CEI to anyone having lens issues. They are tops!

I have never ever had such a disrespectful experience at CEI or any other medical facility. Disrespectful to every patient in the waiting area. My time there was projected by CEI staff to be 2 hours. I was there for 5 hours. EVERYone else in the waiting area was there longer. Some even 7-8 hours. Their time, my time is just as valuable as Dr. Synder or whoever developed such a scheduling protocol. We are the paying customers. Not the other way around.
