I waited over an hour in his waiting room after seeing the nurse. Then got taken to exam room and waited 50 minutes in there. Appointment was for 1.05 and l got out at 3.50. Same thing happened at last Appointment. No concern at all for patients.
This was my 3rd operation with Dr. Snyder. It is understatement to say that Dr. Snyder is world class! It is hard to believe that Cincinnati has an eye surgeon with the expertise and skill of Dr. Snyder. His team and the overall process is outstanding that ends with great results. Special thanks Dr. Snyder and his wonderful team.
He was really thorough. Looks like he is very caring and knowledgeable .
Everyone is very efficient, friendly and professional, with everything they do to get you prepared it very time consuming which is good but there was still a huge amount of time spent just waiting, I don't know if it's routine or just the day I was there, but this is something they should work on.
