I experienced a chipped tooth at around 2:45 today. I called University, Suburban Dental & requested that I could get seen to get the tooth repaired. Josie at the desk was very pleasant and went to speak to Dr. Lexi and a 340 appointment was set up. I went in at 3:40 and by 445 I left with my tooth repaired ! Everybody at this office is professional, kind and courteous. Dr Lexi is very competent and good dentist who does work with perfection… so important to me !! After struggling with a lifetime fear of the dentist, it was hard to believe how at ease the entire staff had me. From setting up my appointment, to getting to my appointment pretty stressed and emotional and feeling safe and not judged, I was impressed all around. It was physically and emotionally as painless as possible and the staff took their time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
