This review is for a huge shout out and thank you to Rena and Michelle at Shannon Dental. Over 30 years ago, I was prescribedMinocycline for mild acne, however, the drastic side effect is it discolored my teeth for nearly half my life. Some of my family members, my wife and I go to this dental clinic. Needless to say, their front desk staff leave a lot to be desired when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I hate having to call and schedule appointments or ask any type of information because I know how they will respond with an attitude or in a condescending manner.

I wish I could give this dental clinic a zero not because of Dr Michael Shannon or hygienists but because I see how the front desk staff treats my family and myself every time we have to call for appointments or pay an invoice. Some of the front desk staff have the worst attitudes. I give the front desk staff a zero.

Good luck getting treated like a decent human being when calling/attending this clinic. My daughter and I were scheduling her appointment and I just witnessed at first hand how poorly their customer service really is. They need to retrain their receptionists when speaking to patients. This receptionist hung up the phone on us/my daughter and when we called back to speak to their manager or HR they said there was no manager on the floor, and they would pass our information to (Leslie) the manager. Dentist and hygienists are ok, but I’ve never felt or was treated like family even though I’ve been working with them for the last almost 2 years, if you’re a new patient and they feel they don’t know you enough they will treat you as such; Like a stranger. Everyone knows how nerve wrecking it is going to the dentist, now imagine adding a side of crabby receptionist. They have the worst attitudes.
