Dr Putney has been my surgeon for knee replacement and my husband’s for hip replacement. His skill has provided both of us with a new lease on life, literally allowing us to turn back the clock and regain a lifestyle we feared that we had lost. Equally as important as his technical skill, however, was his kindness, compassion, and positivity.
Dr. Putney took care of my amputation with extremely short notice. He got me all set up with rehab and all the follow ups. He has a great bedside manner and seems to care for his patient. Hopefully I don’t ever need to see him again, but if I do, he will be the first person I call.
Worst experience talking with a secretary I have ever had extremely rude. I can somewhat understand Mr. Putney not wanting to deal with a serious injury related to a motor vehicle accident if it’s too much for him to handle. He is retiring soon so if it’s not an easy fix and a quick paycheck he won’t deal with you. I wouldn’t waste my time.
