Terrible and unprofessional! Mr. Lipp did my taxes and I owe. I have been trying to get ahold of him for 2 months now! I've left countless voicemails and sent multiple emails but no return call! I would not recommend Mr Lipp to anyone!
My experience here has been absolutely terrible. I dropped off my taxes in February, and it is now June 2nd. During this time, he has picked up his phone only twice. Have called countless times, left voicemails, tried showing up in person... nothing. Now I understand, we had some complicated taxes this year with W-2s, 1099s and owning a small business. If he needs time, I completely get that. What I cannot condone is zero communication. He claims he was going to file an extension with the IRS back on 4/17 (one of the 2 times... read more
My 2022 taxes were never filed. I sent my documents in March, and I signed all my documents in April and by the middle of June I was worried when I hadn't gotten any of my refunds back. I kept checking the "where's my refund" status on the IRS website, and no record of anything was filed. I called the IRS and finally confirmed that there was no record of anything being filed. I have been going to Mike for years with no issues up until the 2022 tax year. I dropped my taxes off the first weekend in March 2023 and they didn’t get done until a week before the deadline. Got my state refund on June 14, 2023. Still waiting on my federal. When I check the status on the IRS website it says it can’t be found. I have tried calling multiple times with no luck. Don’t know what happened but this is the last time I’m dealing with Mike.
