I really wish I could give a zero star rating. It’s taken two years for me to work up the courage to share my story, but here we are. I came in to Methodist ER two years ago today, and then a week before that. Both times I was puking blood, bleeding in other areas as well. I was in severe amounts of pain to the point I was in tears, and couldn’t hardly walk. The best doctor I've ever had. I wish he had his own practice. I went to the Methodist Women's ER for a panic attack I couldn't shake. I know, embarrassing... but he was extremely empathetic and didn't treat me how I assume a typical ER doctor would (annoyed). The nurse made me feel normal as well. He was able to pull me out of it faster than I ever have before. He taught me coping exercises, and he was able to explain to me (in a way I understand) on a biological/medicinal level why my arms/legs hurt, my hands were cramping... read more
