Dr. DeRoche is one of a kind. He is humble yet straightforward. We were referred to him by our OB to seek the next level of assessment after we were screened for high risk. Dr. DeRoche was interested in learning about us, in knowing more about our concerned questions, and in ensuring we leave with no open questions. He never rushed nor made us feel stupid. This Dr. Although being the one to give me the unimaginable news that my 20 week old son was not going to live after birth was the only light in my dark time. My regular OB after getting the results of the amniocentesis Dr. Deroche performed flawlessly told me to go to Atlanta to get an abortion, I was horrified and in my darkest hour even more hopeless, so I went back to Dr. Deroche and he was genuinely just as concerned about the care I was given as I was. Dr Deroche exceeded my expectations by far. I had a high risk pregnancy and he managed me so well. I actually felt protected by his followup and his concern for the well being of my baby and I. His detailed explanations and comforting style were very much a positive experience for my pregnancy. I can also say his nurses, techs and office staff are perfect.
