Danielle Allen with the Veterans Community Care Program goes above and beyond to get my husband the community care that he needs. We are local to a satellite V.A. Care Clinc and those at the Charles Wilson VA Clinic are great, but when we need speciality care Danielle is quick to call us and connect us with a provider! And the amazing part is - she FOLLOWS UP! Something that rarely is seen at any of the V.A. locations. I hope that the M.DeBakey VA Medical Center knows that this Community Care person is an asset to their team... read more
This VA has the Veteran’s mobile phones “fixed” Probably illegal.
Parking is horrible unless you get there like 6 or 7 am or after lunch parking is usually great
No one answers their phone Waited 1.2 hours, still no one answered. They have no one to answer or make appointments
