This is a very nice place for the veterans to go to get the help you need for just about all of the needs you need to get done
Dad's surgery scheduled for 7 am, got up at 4:30am, they didn't bother to start the surgery until after 11 am. Knew they were keeping him overnight. Finished the surgery at 3:30, he's still in recovery waiting for them to clean a room at 7:15pm, meaning I'm still here over 14 hours waiting to give him his phone and clothes and id and they haven't started cleaning the rooms.
had to take a trip to the emergency room. Most of the staffs were friendly and helpful. When I finally get to see the doctor, she was talking to me with a condescending tone, very rude and disrespectful. It really pissed me off, I guess she sensed that I was about to returned the same energy back to her. she change her tone quickly and talk to me like a normal human being. I forgot to look at her name tag but she was A middle-aged East Indian woman.
