I have been dreading going to the VA because of all the stories I heard, but not first impression was a lasting impression., I received amazing service, and guess What? I wasn't there all day waiting to be seen. 100% Houston Proud
Sometimes I wonder if the employees of the VA realize veterans are the only reason they have a job to begin with. They legitimately do not care about our health and well-being. In addition to the host of other problems, including how badly the staff treats veterans, the lack of communication, and the failure to maintain any type of structure, I've been trying to get a med refilled since early February. If you have mobility problems there is a escort service available if you have several appointments they push you to an appointment and leave you and then you have to call them again to be moved to your next appointment etc....
