Been dealing with scheduling an appointment for months, takes forever to get an opening, and then whenever they find one, they lose track of your appointment, reschedule you around frequently, and sometimes even schedule you to an office that doesn't even exist in the building anymore. There is no parking ever, be sure to come 30 minutes early to drive around and wait for someone to finally leave, if you have this many people regularly here, why don't you build a parking garage, heaven forbid you come in ten minutes late to ... read more

I would like to recognize Tasha at the front desk in the MRI department for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely kind during our visit. Worst ever Texas Veterans Healthcare hospital. The parking is lousy for lack of a better word. I was diagnosed with stage 4 COPD in 2018. That was 8 years ago. The doctor at that time told me point blank that I had 3 years to live. Who gives him the audacity to play God? Meanwhile, I instantly knew that I was in trouble. I asked for a social worker and I politely asked if there was a domiciliary and he said "no" it had been torn down due to bed bugs.
