Great care by courteous, thoughtful professionals throughout the entire process.
I waited 30 minutes to go into the exam and then another 30 to see Doctor Ayers. I can see if he was running late ... when he came in I said you must be a busy man, he commented, not really i just talk to much! I have a lot of free time, not necessarily how I want to spend it!
