Martin then performed extensive research, canvassing genuine buyers from Pello’s live database of people ready to buy. As a result, a buyer was found at the first open home with the team negotiating a price well above expectations. Bad customer service. Actively turning away people at an open house that has been on the market for ages. Plenty of better realtors out there. A month later and still not sold? Oh dear. Not sure you want to be turning anyone away.
