Bad customer service. Actively turning away people at an open house that has been on the market for ages. Plenty of better realtors out there.
Our first experience with Pello and in particular Stephanie Petitto was the most seamless efficient service ever. Not only did Stephanie deliver on all her assumptions that she had made to us but by far exceeded them. Nothing was too much trouble and accommodated our every request. Could not speak highly enough of her service and would recommend anyone to at least give Pello, in particular Stephanie, a look in if they have a rental property and need new tennants.
