Johnny was an absolute professional in all aspects of our house sale. When he asked ‘how are you?’ He really meant it. He checked in regularly, communicated even the smallest details to keep us updated and was an excellent negotiator when it came to the auction. His knowledge across our suburb was extensive. Working with Johnny and his associate Joseph to sell our home was an experience we think back on as a journey that was made easier for us with their expertise.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first home with Omid. As a young woman and first home buyer, buying a property can be incredibly overwhelming, especially when you've never been through the process before. We chose Michael because he promised to personally attend every open home. That promise was one of the main reasons we signed with him. Unfortunately, he didn't attend a single inspection, and every open home was handled by his assistant instead. Communication was poor and he was often difficult to reach. We only met him twice throughout the campaign and felt unsupported during the entire selling process. Overall, the service fell well short of what was promised, and we would not recommend him.
